You may return most items sold by Betterthanbarestore.com within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange item which are intimate in nature. We would exchange items that are damaged and/or not working properly if we are notified immediately upon receipt.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: lingerie and opened bottles or tubes of consumable items. We will also not accept items that have been accepted for more than five days, or at least we should be notified that an item is to be returned for reasons enumerated above.

We also will not refund or accept returns on the following items: Any book that has obvious signs of use, and DVD that has been taken out of its plastic wrap. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. We guarantee that we have checked the products thoroughly for damage before we ship them out.
